B2B & Large Orders For business customers and large volume orders, we offer manual shipping arrangements tailored to your specific needs. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are agreed upon individually. Please contact us directly before placing your order to discuss your requirements.

Manual Freight Quotes: External Products, Heavy Goods and B2B Large Orders

Some orders require an individual freight quote rather than a final carrier-calculated shipping price at checkout. This applies to external products in our External products shipping profile, heavy goods in our Heavy products shipping profile, and business or large-volume orders requiring a tailored freight arrangement.

For applicable external-product orders, checkout may show “Manual Freight Quote (external products)” or “Manual Freight Quote - external products”. For applicable heavy-goods orders, checkout may show “Manual Freight Quote - Heavy Goods”. These manual-freight methods are configured at NOK 0 while an individual quote is pending. NOK 0 is a placeholder, not confirmation of free shipping or the final freight cost. The final freight amount is quoted and agreed separately.

For external products and heavy goods, our team will contact you using the contact details provided with your order to arrange the individual freight quote after reviewing your order and delivery requirements, before shipment is arranged. If you need the freight cost before ordering, please contact us through our contact page first. For B2B and large-volume orders, please contact us before placing your order so our team can prepare a tailored quote and agree the freight cost and delivery timeline with you individually.

We provide the quote once the order details and delivery requirements have been reviewed; there is no fixed quote turnaround stated here. The freight cost and individual delivery timeline must be agreed before shipment is arranged. The typical domestic range of 3–6 business days and international range of 4–11 business days stated above do not replace the individual freight timeline for these orders.
