Aibel has the contract for engineering, procurement and construction for the deck of the drilling platform on the Johan Sverdrup field. The contract has an estimated value of NOK 8 billion. The platform deck for the drilling platform will comprise three modules. Aibel is to build the largest module, the main support frame (MSF), at the company’s yard in Thailand.
Aibel Thailand has choosed Valhall Gel for cleaning of the module that soon is to leave for Norway. Valhall will also provide a Supervisor to conduct local training and supervision of the work.
This work comes as a result of massive work put down in development, testing and documentation of our products and also good reference projects of similar type.
