Odin Solutions AS is a Norwegian west coast based company manufacturing environmental friendly products for cleaning and removal of corrosion for the on and offshore market. The products are 100% biodegradable and contains no toxins. The effect of the products is well documented. In addition, the products have an attractive environmental profile. The products have been sold in several countries both in Europe and Asia.
Due to financial issues, the company was declared bankrupt 17th March 2016.
Valhall NGP is doing business in the same market as Odin Solutions. Valhall has now acquired the bankruptcy estate of Odin Solutions and all its belongings. All rights to formula, brand/trademark, products, product names, approvals etc is now the property of ValhallNGP AS
