Oxide Gel is a non-toxic aluminum cleaner designed as a substitute for grinding aluminum surfaces before painting. Developed from our Valhall Gel, it effectively removes oxidation and prepares the surface for painting by ensuring proper adhesion. This reduces the man-hours required for surface treatment. Oxide Gel is applied with a paint pump and washed off with water. It is HOCNF certified, non-toxic, and non-flammable, making it both efficient and environmentally safe.

### How It Works:

\1. Surface Preparation: Remove oil, grease, and loose dirt using a high-pressure washer (minimum 90°C and 300 bar). 2. Application: Apply Oxide Gel with a paint pump, ensuring even coverage. 3. Activation Time: Allow time for the gel to work, depending on the oxidation level. 4. Rinse Off: Wash the treated surface thoroughly with water, using high-pressure equipment for best results.

### Important Notes:

• Avoid use on galvanized or zinc-treated surfaces to prevent damage. • Test a small area before full application on sensitive materials.
