# Refund Policy

**Effective Date: April 2025**

This Return and Refund Policy is governed by the General Conditions of Sale, Delivery, and Service of Nordic Green Products AS (Org.nr: 916 488 890 MVA).

**Return schemes and packaging handling\**

Nordic Green Products AS works to reduce the environmental impact of our products through responsible handling of packaging and waste.

Our products are primarily supplied in plastic cans, bottles and IBC containers. The packaging is selected to ensure safe storage and transport of chemical products and to comply with applicable chemical handling regulations.

Where practical, we work to enable reuse of packaging. IBC containers may in many cases be returned for reuse by agreement. Customers who wish to return such containers are encouraged to contact Nordic Green Products AS.

Empty packaging without chemical residues should be sorted and handled in accordance with local waste management systems. Packaging containing residues of chemicals must be handled in accordance with applicable hazardous waste regulations and delivered to an approved waste facility.

Nordic Green Products AS can provide guidance to customers regarding correct handling of packaging and any residues remaining after use of our products.

**Returns**

All sales are final. The buyer is not entitled to returns or refunds unless explicitly agreed in writing by Nordic Green Products AS. Approved returns must be communicated and confirmed prior to shipment. Products accepted for return must be promptly returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with proof of purchase. All return shipments must be carriage-paid by the buyer.

**Damages and Issues**

You must inspect the Products immediately upon receipt. Any damages, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported to Nordic Green Products AS within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to notify within this timeframe will waive your rights for recovery of losses or damages.

**Warranty and Defective Products**

Nordic Green Products AS warrants Products to be of sound material and workmanship according to the published product information at the date of purchase. Warranty claims must be:

- Documented and submitted in writing within 10 days after discovering the defect.
- Within 12 months after the date of delivery or the product's shelf-life, whichever is earlier.
- Accompanied by proof of correct use, transportation, storage, and handling according to provided guidelines and international trade customs.

Upon approval, we will either replace the defective Products or reimburse the cost of purchasing equivalent Nordic Green Products AS products. Our liability shall not exceed the invoiced price of the Products. Nordic Green Products AS does not accept liability for indirect losses or consequential damages.

**Refunds**

Refunds for approved returns or warranty claims will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned Products. Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
