In this position, he led a team of mechanics, managed documentation, ensured HSE compliance and oversaw planning and execution of maintenance work under strict budget and deadline requirements. ![Tobias - Dismantling and working on Hydroniq coolers](https://media.nordicgreenproducts.com/images/tobias-working-hydroniq-cooler.width-1200.format-webp.webp) Prior to that, Tobias worked as an industrial mechanic, gaining broad experience with rotating equipment, diesel and gas engines, hydraulic systems, cranes, compressors, generators, heat exchangers and pumps. He also has hands-on experience with machining (milling and turning) and holds multiple technical certifications, including Hydraulics, Hot Work, Fall Protection and G4/G11 lifting operations. His mechanical foundation is solid, having completed a full apprenticeship and professional certification through Westcon, along with early work maintaining machinery and vehicles for a local contractor. With his structured approach, technical insight and leadership experience, Tobias adds important capacity to NGP’s service and project execution teams, particularly within mechanical cleaning, inspection and maintenance tasks onboard vessels and in shipyards. ## Jo Enersvold – Service Operator Jo joins NGP with over a decade of hands-on experience from abrasive blasting, anti-corrosion treatment and structural steel work. For the past 10+ years, he worked at Reiakvam Antirust, where he specialized in sandblasting and underbody protection of vehicles, and took on training responsibilities for new employees. ![Jo - working on box coolers](https://media.nordicgreenproducts.com/images/jo-working-on-box-cooler.width-1200.format-webp.webp) In addition to his industrial background, Jo has served part-time as a firefighter and first responder at Sunnfjord Fire and Rescue since 2015. This reflects a strong sense of responsibility, situational awareness and the ability to work under pressure, qualities that translate directly to field work in NGP’s projects. Jo’s early background includes rig and maintenance work for Nomaco Service AS both onshore and offshore, and fabrication of steel structures at Sunnfjord Industri, where he worked as a plateworker in both workshop and field environments. With practical knowledge in surface preparation, coatings and equipment operation, Jo adds robustness and versatility to our field team, a great fit for our technical and environmentally conscious operations. --- At NGP, we combine innovation and sustainability with practical, field-ready solutions.
