# NGP spearheads maritime sustainability with MF Tenna's maintenance success

Our team skillfully executed the recoating of the vessel’s box coolers and the cleaning of its freshwater tanks, ensuring enhanced efficiency and extending the lifespan of the ferry’s critical components. The project involved meticulous washing with our HOCNF-certified eco-friendly cleaners, followed by sandblasting and the application of the high-quality Säkatonit Extra AR-F coating on the box coolers. This method extends the coolers’ lifespan by 5-10 years, protecting against corrosion and wear.

We used our environmentally friendly product, Odin Gel, approved for drinking water systems, ensuring thorough cleansing of the onboard drinking water tanks. Thanks to these innovative products, we achieved exceptional cleanliness without negatively impacting the environment.
